Weight loss is also associated with various health risks and therefore we must ensure that we take steps to stay in shape.

In this internet age, we found several quick solutions to lose weight and we tried to implement them without knowing the harmful impact they have on our body. Other than this, few commonly known fad diets like keto diet, paleo diet, atkins diet, etc. have gained much popularity in recent times as an easy method to lose weight in less time. However, always remember the saying that "fad diets are bad diets." because these sophisticated diets are deficient in one or other nutrients that are necessary for different bodily functions and can cause some serious long-term health problems.

Try to perfect your diet with age-appropriate exercises. Remember that weight loss is not miraculous, but it can be achieved. There are no magic pills or overnight weight loss diets. Continuity is the key, even if you lose less kg in 9 days, your healthy eating pattern and physical activity must continue regularly, otherwise you could regain the weight in no time.

 Tips for a healthy body and proper fitness 

Start the day with a detox drink such as: cucumber, ginger, mint soaked water, amla chia water, or a jeera / ajwain / methi / cinnamon decoction to help boost your metabolism. Follow with some soggy dried fruits: almonds, walnuts. , dried apricot, black raisins.

Along with these energy boosters, a couple of light stretching exercises, yoga, pranayam, etc. they will aid in general well-being regardless of all age groups. 30 minutes of daily walking or exercise will benefit your health, but one-hour exercises will help control weight.

Never skip meals or leave a long interval between meals. With larger gaps, the metabolism slows down and the intake is higher for the next meal, which helps to gain weight. Try to follow small, frequent eating patterns.

 Avoid fasting and intermittent fasting ideas for weight loss. 

Avoid processed, sugary and starchy foods and stay away from carbonated drinks which are a great source of empty calories and responsible for weight gain.

Avoid fatty, fried, and junk foods that lead to heartburn and heartburn.

Be careful about serving sizes and choose your foods accordingly.

Hydration is very important in maintaining the body's fluid balance, and water helps flush harmful toxins from the body. A large amount of fluids also suppresses hunger and thus aids in weight loss.

20-30 is the time to explore further, as the resistance is much higher. High intensity workouts and weight training are more appropriate at this age to build muscle. The 40s and 50s is the time when the muscle becomes stiff and more prone to injury. So try to rest for an in-between day, which will relax all your muscles. Don't rush while exercising while doing it slowly and try a combination of stretching and yoga exercises to maintain overall well-being.
